Samson was born in Los Angeles and raised in the suburbs of Seattle, Washington. He studied at Harvard University where he completed a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. After Harvard, Samson worked for Lazard Freres & Co. in New York City as an investment banker before joining NAMI Eastside as their Director of Finance & Development.
Samson is currently Manager of the African Leadership Foundation and Project Leader in the Development and Communications office of the African Leadership Academy.
In his spare time, Samson enjoys listening to and making electronic and hip-hop music
